God created man in His image and likeness so that we could have fellowship with Him.  But because of the sin of Adam and Eve in the garden mankind has been separated from fellowship with God.  You see, Sin separates man from God.  But Jesus took our sin upon Himself so we could be forgiven.  Once forgiven, our relationship is restored with God.  The Bible explains this fall from grace, the penalty, and redemption through Jesus.  

• You must be born again.  You must accept Jesus.
   John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."  John 3:3  Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
  Every person must be born again to know God, enter into the kingdom of God, and to have everlasting life.

• All have sinned, no one is perfect except God.
  Romans 3:23  "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."  None of us are perfect or without sin no matter how good we think we are. According to God's Word we fall short.

• Sin brings death, but Jesus brings eternal life!
  Romans 6:23  "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."  
  Sin separates us from God.  If man continues in sin he will reap eternal death, but Jesus offers us eternal life.

• You cannot earn salvation or redemption, it is a gift from God.
  Ephesians 2:8-9  "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."  
  You can not work your way into heaven.  All God asks is that by faith you call upon Jesus as your Lord and Saviour.  A gift from God to us.

• How am I born again?
  Romans 10:9-10  "That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."  
  Being saved or Born Again is receiving Jesus as your Lord (Master), and committing yourself to follow His Word.

• You can receive Eternal Life right now.
  Romans 10:13 says "For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."  No matter who you are or what you may have done, you can be born again right now.  Right where you are pray this prayer aloud and from your heart, Jesus will answer it.
  "God, I come to you in Jesus' Name.  I receive, right now, Jesus as my Lord.  I confess with my mouth and believe with my heart that you raised Jesus from the dead for me.  Jesus, come into my heart.  Holy spirit, cause me now to be born again.  I receive forgiveness of my past sin life.  I'm now a new person.  Old things have passed away and all things are brand new.  I'm now a Christian.  I turn my back on the world and sin.  From this day forth, I will never be the same.  Thank you Jesus for the gift of salvation.  I am now your child.  you, Lord God, are my heavenly Father."  Amen
  

• Now you need to tell someone about your decision.
  Remember what Romans 10:10 said?  By confessing Jesus as Lord your salvation is assured (or talking about your relationship with Jesus).  Call, write or send us an e-mail so we can rejoice with you and pray for you.
